Powerful  League  is comprised ordinary  humans with access to unconventional sciences,  any
kind of augmentation,  enhanced  skills or a reasonable  amount of magic;  anything too drastic is
bumped into the Mutation  League.  Everything will be heavily scrutinized using worldly physics.

Rule  #1:    Strictly a  1  vs  1  platform for the
characters of this hub;  test tactical  applications.

Rule  #2:    Competitors have a week to take a
challenger  on;  failure means removal from totem.

Rule  #3:    Legend  and T0 characters can't be
competitors due to the magnitude of capabilities.

Rule  #4:    Magisters  have the authority to put
things into perspective via this hub's system  and
disqualify  unruly competitors;  for the sake of all.
